I will now hand the call over to Gary Santo to begin the meeting.
Thank you, operator. Good morning, and welcome to the Annual General and Special Meeting of the common shareholders of TILT Holdings, Inc. My name is Gary Santo, and I am Chief Executive Officer of TILT and with the consent of the meeting, I will be acting as Chair of the meeting.
In light of ongoing concerns relating to COVID-19, TILT has opted once again to hold the annual meeting through live webcast. This virtual-only format permits shareholders to participate no matter their location and reduces the risk to the health and safety of our employees, shareholders, directors and other stakeholders.
In the event of a technical disruption, Mark Scatterday, a Director of TILT, will act as an alternate chair for the meeting.
