But for those that are less familiar with the business, I would love for you to just walk through the key drivers of Travel and Leisure, you could start with the industry, but focus on your business in particular?

Yes. Just to maybe get the context out there is we will do over $900 million of EBITDA this year. It's a current consensus. And we're 70% vacation ownership, timeshare business as well as about 30% exchange, which is that business connects other timeshare companies and
