I am the Chief Operating Officer, Jessica Morris. So we are a publicly traded company on NASDAQ under the ticker TNXP. I will be making forward-looking statements as part of this presentation. So Tonix Pharmaceuticals is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, and our mission is to advance the science and understanding of diseases by developing new therapies for health improvement of our population by focusing on unmet needs. And how do we do this? Our strategy is to use what we call our integrated development engine, our team of experienced professionals in preclinical, clinical, regulatory, CMC areas, all working together to take products from preclinical stage for development with the goal of FDA approval.
