So with us this morning is TOI, The Oncology Institute. They're a value-based player in the oncology space. And joining me today is the company's President, Daniel Virnich. Daniel, thank you so much for joining us. Really appreciate it. Maybe let's start with maybe a brief intro into what TOI does. I think a lot of folks in the audience are not very familiar with the company.
Yeah, definitely. So The Oncology Institute, not a new company. We've been around since 2007, although we've only been public for about 18 months now. We are the largest value-based oncology platform in the country. We started out, and are still primarily, an employed oncology group model, currently almost 65 clinics across five states.
Our heaviest presence is in Southern California and Florida, although we also
