Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to welcome you to the Travis Perkins 2019 Q3 Trading Update. My name is Brika, and I will be coordinating your call today. (Operator Instructions)
And I would now like to hand over to Nick Roberts, the group CEO, to begin the call.
Well, good morning to you all. Thank you very much. It's a real pleasure to join Alan and you all for my first call as CEO following nearly 3 months in charge of the group. My short time with the group has been a tremendous experience, I have to say, due to the welcome afforded to me by my colleagues, by our customers and our suppliers. And clearly I've had much to learn in this short time.
The highlight of my tenure so far has been spending just over 6 weeks through to the summer on the road, visiting colleagues across 60 of our branches across all of our brands up and down the country from Inverness to Somerset from across in Rotterdam over to Liverpool, all our branches, our distribution centers and our offices.
