Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Tempest Therapeutics. I'm Steve Brady, Chief Executive Officer of Tempest, and I will act as the Chair of this meeting.

As you know, we are hosting today's meeting through a virtual online platform to support the health and well-being of our stockholders and employees as well as to facilitate stockholder participation. With that in mind, I want to thank you all for taking the time to join us and hope that you are safe and well.

With me today are Tom Dubensky, Tempest President; and Nick Maestas, Tempest Vice President, Strategy and Finance. Nick will also serve as the Secretary of today's meeting.
