Thank you. Good evening, and welcome to the investor call for the discussion of the acquisition of Curatio Healthcare announced today. The purpose of this call is to share some further details on the rationale behind the acquisition and the plans that we have in place for integration of the business.
So just to share some highlights. The deal is valued at an enterprise value of INR 1,885 crores. The revenue in FY '22 is INR 224 crores for Curatio. YTD growth is looking pretty healthy at 25%. And going forward, we believe that a similar level of growth in this year may sustain until the end of the year.
