Trillion Energy International Inc Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, and welcome to the 2021 Special Shareholders Meeting of Trillion Energy International Inc. I'm Arthur Halleran, CEO and President of Trillion Energy International. Thank you for joining us today. We have shareholders attending via the web portal, the 800 number that we provided. As is our custom, we will conduct the business portion of our meeting first and answer questions at the end of the meeting. Though we might not be able to answer every question, we'll do our best to provide a response to as many as possible and we'll address any unanswered questions on our corporate website shortly after the meeting.
In keeping with the digital approach to this year's meeting, it is now 10 AM On December 17, 2021 and this meeting is officially called to order.
And now I would like to introduce the other members of the Board present today. Myself, I'm a director also since October 2011, David Thompson since October 2013, Barry Wood since December 2018, and Kubilay Yildirim since September 2019.
