Hello, everyone. I am Nagai. Today, despite your busy schedule, thank you very much for coming to attend our Investor Day. I have not prepared any particular slide for my presentation, but it's been only 4 months since I spoke at investors -- investment forum in December last year.
As you know, since we've decided to make a drastic change to our business platform, we've decided to arrange a venue, an opportunity like this. So details will be explained by the 2 co-COOs who will speak later. But at the beginning, I would like to take some time to deliver some speech.
Business environment surrounding Nomura has been described for this year as the arrival of the age of uncertainty. But looking back on the past year, the uncertainty has heightened and also besides structural change or, in other words, megatrend has become more evident. Needless to say, the megatrend for one thing is the effective end of investment banking business that centered on the usage of balance sheet and trading.
