Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us at the 23rd Annual Needham Growth Conference. I'm Matt McGinley. I'm the cannabis analyst at Needham. In this session, I'm pleased to welcome Jason Ackerman. Jason is the CEO of TerrAscend for, I think, about the past year. Prior to TerrAscend, he ran FreshDirect for 18 years and has a lot of experience running omnichannel, retail and distribution businesses.
