Cleanaway Waste Management Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Well, welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Cleanaway Waste Management Limited. My name is Philippe Etienne; and as Chairman of Cleanaway, I'll be chairing the meeting today. As there is a quorum present, I declare the meeting open. Before we begin the proceedings, I'd like to acknowledge the Jagera people of the Turrbal -- and the Turrbal people as the traditional custodian owners of Meanjin, which is Brisbane, the lands of which we meet today. We pay our respects to the Jagera and Turrbal elders, past, present and emerging.
Before we start, I'd like to make everyone aware of the safety exits. In case of emergency, the fire exits are the double doors at the rear of the room leading to the front entrance and also the door at the front of the room. The fire alarm is a constant beep and we'll only evacuate on the sound of the evacuation alarm, which is a whooping sound or at the supervisor's request. PA announcements will be made asking guests to evacuate and managers or supervisors will assist guests to evacuate the building. I note the assembly point is
