Thank you, and thanks, everyone, for joining us today on our midyear update call. It has been -- it's been a busy period for us, but I'm going to start by saying I'm excited about where the business is today, I'm excited about the second half of the year and -- as well as where we're headed in the long term.

So today, Joe and I will walk through a review of the financial performance, the growth of the portfolio, changes to the portfolio and thoughts on our investment pipeline. So we'll first start with some of the financial highlights on Page 6 of the presentation.

During the 6-month period ending 31 December, underlying profit before tax was $8.8 million versus $8.7 million the year previously. Statutory profit was $47.8 million versus $107.2 million.
