Thank you, operator, and good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. It is my pleasure to welcome everyone to the Acadian Timber Corp. AGM. It's now 3:00 p.m. Atlantic Time and time to start the 2021 Annual Meeting of Acadian Timber Corp. My name is Malcolm Cockwell, and as Chairman of the corporation, I will chair this meeting.
