Good morning. I'm Bill Lambert, Chair of the Board, and it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of Ag Growth International Inc. While the world steadily emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic, out of an abundance of caution, we are again hosting our annual meeting in a virtual format. We value interaction with our shareholders and believe the virtual format provides excellent opportunities for shareholders to participate regardless of their geographic location or potential travel restrictions. I'd like to acknowledge all those affected and thank AGI's employees, management team and Board for their part in protecting the health and safety of the public and our employees.
