Okay. Thank you. Good morning, everybody. My name is John Chen. I'm the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Board for BlackBerry. And on behalf of the Board and the management, I'd like to welcome you all to the company's Annual Special Meeting of the Shareholder.
