Okay. Delighted to be joined next by Dan Rees. He's the Group Head of Canadian Banking. Has had that job since June. They don't normally -- been with Scotia since 2000, but has had his current position since just June. We don't normally get an opportunity this early in the mandate to grill the exec, so it's going to be fun.
