Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for participating in today's conference call to discuss Burcon NutraScience Corporation's fiscal 2022 third quarter ended December 31, 2021. Joining us today are Johann Tergesen, President and CEO of Burcon; Peter Kappel, Chair of the Board of Directors of Burcon; and Jade Cheng, the company's Chief Financial Officer.
