Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. As the operator announced, my name is Mark Miller, and I am the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Computer Modelling Group Limited. On behalf of the corporation, I welcome you to this annual and special meeting of the shareholders.
I am pleased to be able to connect with so many of you today. We are conducting today's meeting virtually via live webcast. Our goal today is to ensure that our registered shareholders and proxy holders are able to participate fully in the meeting.
