Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Dye & Durham Limited. My name is Brian Derksen, I'm the Chair of the Board, and I'm joined by Matthew Proud, the company's Chief Executive Officer. I'm pleased to be here today to preside over this meeting.
