First Capital Real Estate Investment Trust Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, and welcome to the 2020 Annual General and Special Meeting of the unitholders for First Capital Real Estate Investment Trust.
I am Bernard McDonell, and I serve as the Chair of First Capital REIT's Board of Trustees. Each year, we look forward to the opportunity to speak to our unitholders at our AGM. Although we are not able to meet in person due to the physical distancing measures in place, we have intended to replicate as best we can our regular meeting in a virtual environment.
As in previous years, after the formal portion of the meeting, management will provide a comprehensive update on the Trust's business and operations.
