My name is Brent Anderson, and I am the Director of Investor Relations for Frontera. And it gives me great pleasure to introduce Frontera's Chairman; Mr. Gabriel de Alba, who will provide introductory remarks and an overview of Frontera. In addition to his duties as our Chairman, since Frontera's restructuring, Gabriel is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Therapure Biopharma, Gateway Casinos & Entertainment and Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cirque du Soleil.
