Good morning, everyone. I am Tim Rorabeck, Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and General Counsel of High Liner Foods Incorporated. Welcome to our Annual General Meeting, and thank you for joining us today.
Before our Chairman calls the meeting to order, I would like everyone to know that similar to the 2020 Annual General Meeting, and to observe guidelines on physical distancing, and to ensure the safety of everyone, our meeting is being broadcast live over the internet, allowing those with internet access to view and listen to the meeting online and allowing shareholders with a control number to participate online.
We are also pleased to be able to offer a toll-free conference call number as a way for those shareholders without internet access to hear the webcast.
