Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and apologies for the technical delay this morning. My name is Catherine McLeod-Seltzer, and I am the Chair of your Board of Directors. It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2020 Annual and Special Meeting of the Shareholders of Kinross Gold Corporation.
We are in the midst of truly unprecedented and extraordinary times. This year, the Board and management decided to hold a virtual meeting of shareholders due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This prudent approach prioritizes the health and safety of our shareholders and employees and is in line with our value of putting people first.
