Keyera Corp Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Jim Bertram, Chair of Keyera's Board of Directors. Thank you for joining us here today for our 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
As you are aware, due to the serious public health impact of COVID-19 pandemic, we're holding this meeting in a virtual-only format via live audio webcast. Although we are unable to meet in person, we have endeavored to structure the meeting to enable shareholders to vote on each item of business and submit questions as though you were attending in person. Each year, we look forward to the opportunity to engage directly with you, our shareholders, other stakeholders and employees at our annual meeting. We have every intention of returning to our regular meeting format next year and look forward to seeing and speaking with you directly at that time.
