Good morning, and welcome to the Virtual Annual and Special Meeting of the shareholders of Royal Nickel. My name is Paul Andre Huet. I am the Chairman and CEO of RNC, and I will chair today's meeting. As this meeting is held virtually via live webcast, we think it is necessary to set out a few rules for the orderly conduct of the meeting.
