Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to our the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of Linamar Corporation, which we'll commence shortly. I'm Frank Hasenfratz, Executive Chair of the Board of the Directors. I'm joined today by Jim Jarrell, Dale Schneider, Roger Fulton, Mark Stoddart and Linda Hasenfratz.
