Obsidian Energy Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Okay. Since that all shareholders of record as of April 18, 2019, have been given notice of this meeting in compliance with the Alberta Business Corporations Act, and applicable securities laws. I also confirm that a copy of the notice has been sent to all directors and the auditor of Obsidian Energy.
The scrutineers have advised that there are 21 shareholders present in person, and 292 shareholders represented by proxy at the meeting for 313 total shareholders, holding approximately 305,574,394 shares, and representing 59% of the outstanding common shares of Obsidian Energy. We, therefore, have a forum for the transaction of business at this meeting.
