We spoke earlier today to Paddy Downey. He is the CEO of Orezone Gold, a TSXV-listed gold developer. They're in Burkina Faso in West Africa. Really like this project. It's in the final stages of the development, in that they've got a harmonized term sheet from banks for the build, $160 million CapEx,
