Hello, and thank you for joining today. I'm Laurel Sayer, President and CEO of Perpetua Resources. Before we jump in, I'd just like to take a minute and acknowledge our new name Perpetua Resources, which we believe better reflects our values and vision. Our vision is to develop and operate one of the highest grades open-pit gold mines in the US, provide the country with a critical mineral to power batteries that enable the low carbon energy transition, and restore an abandoned brownfield site.
I'll quickly point out our disclaimers on slide 2. Perpetua Resources investment thesis has never been stronger. First and foremost, we plan to redevelop one of the largest, lowest cost, and long-life gold projects in the US. Given our low cost system that gold project has great economics with a 15-year reserve life and a payback period of less than three years. And we have a valuable byproduct in antimony, which is a critical mineral and Perpetua can reestablish primary production in the US and play a key role in the clean energy value chain.
