Thank you. I would like to welcome all our virtual attendees to Pason Systems, Inc's. 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. I am pleased that you're able to join us today. I am Marcel Kessler, Chair of the Board of Directors of Pason. After the formal part of today's meeting, Jon Faber, our CEO, will take us through 2021 and first quarter 2022 operational and financial results.
