Good morning. Thank you for joining us, and welcome to the Annual Meeting of Common Shareholders of Parex Resources Inc. The meeting will now come to order. My name is Wayne Foo, and I'm the Chairman of Parex. With the approval of the meeting, I'll act as the Chairman of the meeting.
I'd first like to introduce the other directors of the company. I'd ask that each director stand when their name is called. Curtis Bartlett, Lisa Colnett, Robert Engbloom, Bob MacDougall, Glenn McNamara, Ron Miller, Carmen Sylvain, David Taylor and Paul Wright.
