Good morning, everyone. I'm Chris Brigleb, Head of Investor Relations for RBI. Thanks, everyone, who's joined us here in the room and those of you joining us on the webcast. Our plan for this morning is to take you through the full presentation, which should take about 2 hours and 45 minutes. We'll take a half-hour break to serve lunch and then reconvene to take your questions. I expect we'll be wrapped up by about 1:00 this afternoon.
