Saputo Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everyone. I'm Lino Saputo, President and Chief Executive Officer of Saputo. (inaudible) is in these capacities that I will be presiding over this meeting. I welcome you to this shareholders' meeting, and thank you for attending today.
I am accompanied by Mr. Maxime Therrien, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the corporation, who will act as Secretary for this assembly. And by Lydia Pham, Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, who will act as moderator today. Our directors and other members of our management team are also joining us. Again, this year, as a matter of prudence and to mitigate health and safety risks, our annual meeting will be held entirely virtually.
Before I begin, I would like to say a few words about the general proceedings of our meeting. The formal part of the meeting will be presented primarily in French, but a simultaneous translation service in English is offered. You can also participate in the assembly in the original language if you wish to listen without translation.
