Hello, everyone, and welcome to Stantec's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Doug Ammerman, I'm the Chair of the Board of Directors of Stantec at Stantec. At Stantec, the health and safety of our communities, and our employees, shareholders and stakeholders is important to all that we do. We start each meeting with the safety or ethics moment so that these important values are always top of mind.
In the interest of the health and safety and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are pleased to host today's meeting virtually. Shareholders, proxy holders who are in attendance can participate, vote, and submit questions at any time regardless of their physical location.
