All right. Well, good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It's 10:30, exactly, apparently. And I'm calling the meeting to order. My name is Michael Wilson. I'm the Chair of the Board of Suncor Energy Inc.
I'd like to introduce the people sitting next to me. We have Mark Little, he's not little; our President and newly appointed CEO, Alister Cowan; our Executive Vice President and CFO, Arlene Strom; our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary; and Mr. Williams, who you all know, our formally retired -- who formally retired from his position this morning.
