Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, the Annual General Meeting of Vecima Networks Inc. will now come to order. My name is Sumit Kumar, and I'm the CEO and President of the company, and I'll act as Chairman of this AGM.
Due to COVID-19, this AGM is taking place only virtually. And after the conclusion of the formal part of the AGM, there will be a management presentation and opportunity for Q&A.
