Welcome to the SNN Network Canada Virtual Event. I'd like to introduce our next presenter, Dan Matlow, President and CEO of Vitalhub. Dan, the floor is yours.
Good morning, everybody. Again, it's still morning in Toronto, Canada. Welcome to the presentation and for some of you an update on Vitalhub.
Just a bit of introduction, I'm Dan Matlow, the CEO and Founder of Vitalhub. And just for those that aren't familiar with myself, a little bit of my experiences is about 30 years in the software business, 25 of those in the healthcare IT software. So I'd like to think we're -- me and the rest of our management team are very proficient in the software industry as it relates to healthcare IT software-based businesses.
So prior to this, we were involved with many venture capital-based companies that grew nicely in the healthcare IT company. And prior to Vitalhub, founded a company called Medworxx, was publicly traded since 2008. So we've been on the public markets since 2008.
