Thank you, operator. Good morning, everyone. I'm Hank Ketcham, Chairman of the Board of West Fraser. I'll act as Chair of this meeting, and Tom Theodorakis will act as Secretary. I appoint AST Trust Company (Canada) to act as scrutineer for the meeting.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I'm pleased to welcome you to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of West Fraser, particularly those of you joining us by conference call.
