Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Wajax Corporation Annual Meeting Conference Call. (Operator Instructions) This call is being recorded today, May 3, 2022.
And I would now like to turn the conference over to Mr. Robert Dexter, Chairman of the Board. Please go ahead, sir.
Thank you. Welcome to Wajax' Annual Meeting. I would like to call the meeting to order. I am Rob Dexter, Chairman of the Board and will act as Chairman of the meeting.
At the head table is Iggy Domagalski, our President, Chief Executive Officer; and one of the nominees for election as a Director. Next to Iggy, is Stuart Auld, our Chief Financial Officer; Besides Stuart is Andrew Tam, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Andrew will act as Secretary of today's meeting.
