Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Westport Fuel Systems Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Brenda Eprile. I am the Chair of Westport Fuel Systems Board of Directors, and I'm so pleased you have joined us on this webcast and virtual meeting today.
Typically, our Annual Meeting of Shareholders is hosted in person, offering the chance for directors and managers of Westport Fuel Systems to meet some of our shareholders in person while addressing the required business and sharing an update on our global programs. However, today is a very unique moment in time as the world battles the global pandemic of COVID-19. And it was neither appropriate nor possible to gather today in Vancouver, BC. Therefore, we are shifting this year's meeting and joining you virtually from various parts of North America.
