Good morning, and welcome to the NamSys annual meeting. My name is James, and I'll be your conference moderator for today's call. (Operator Instructions) As a reminder, this conference is being recorded for replay purposes.
I'd now like to turn the presentation over to our host for today's call, Barry Sparks, CEO (sic - Executive Chairman). Please go ahead.
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the annual meeting of shareholders of NamSys, Inc. My name is Barry Sparks; I'm the Executive Chairman of the corporation. And in accordance with the corporation's bylaws, I will chair this meeting.
Before we start the meeting, however, I would like to thank you all for attending via the virtual conference call facilities. Maybe we're going to get lucky and have a real in-person thing by next year.
