Welcome to the SNN Network Canada Virtual Event. I'd like to introduce our next presenter, Brent Charleton, CEO of EnWave Corporation. Brent, the floor is yours.
Thanks so much for the opportunity to present today. For those who don't know our company, I'll provide a quick overview of who we are and what we do, and then, dive into some more granular detail in terms of recent corporate developments and guidance for the future here in fiscal '22.
So to begin, EnWave is an industrial technology company that has developed a proprietary vacuum-microwave dehydration method which offers significant value propositions primarily in the food and cannabis industries. However, we are still active in R&D with a minimum amount of resources being deployed in the pharmaceutical sector.
