Thanks, Derek. Thank you, everybody for tuning in virtually. I'm just going to give a quick update of the company corporately, and then hand it over to Dave to talk about our projects. We have three key projects in the company. One is the East Bull Lake, which is a palladium project. That's about an hour from Sudbury.

East Bull Lake has a big, layered intrusion and really prospective for palladium in particular. We had, late last year, a really good drill intercept from the surface, 119 meters of 1.1 grams palladium in equivalent. And we now have two drills out on the property, which we're following up on that and trying to show the potential for significant palladium discovery there.
