Thank you, good afternoon. A pleasure to be here today. So Jervois's a group of executives; we've worked together for a long time. We've been at this now for four years. And why I'm quite excited is it's taken us four years to get in this position where we really at the start line. And I guess what the context there is we've got a market capitalization of around $1 billion trading around $3 to $4 a day, currently, in terms of liquidity.
And so it's taken us some time to take, what was essentially, a shell on the ASX that have been there for 50 years and a group of executives and Board members who worked together in previous lives in Glencore, Xstrata, Rio Tinto.
