Great. So welcome, everybody. My name is Akiba Leisman, I am the CEO of Mako Mining. The way that I like to describe what we're doing in Northern Nicaragua is three things. We're actually in the middle of building what will be the world's highest grade open pit only mine. And you can see in this slide on the cover part of our presentation, what we're doing right now, this is a picture from approximately five weeks ago.
