I'm going to run through our story. It's kind of good to run after Piedmont and after Lake and after Standard, and kind of look at a company that is about to probably have its biggest year in its corporate history next year. So I'm going to run through that.
I've only been with the company for about 1 year. Never heard about it last November. I got asked to join as President COO, raised the capital, advance it through the PFS study, advanced it through the FS study, get through the resource. It's been a very successful last year. I'm going to just see if this works.
Lots of forward-looking statements. We are miners. So looking back at last year, last year was a big year for the company. They did their only financing in the corporate history after 6 years of $0.62. Don Ross from the Chairman lead bought the entire placement. So he's now the second largest shareholder. We engage in engineering group. I joined, adjusted the Board, we completed a PEA.
