Welcome to the SNN Network Canada Virtual Events. I'd like to introduce our next presenter, Chris Overholt, President and CEO at OverActive Media, ticker under Toronto Stock Exchange, OAM. And on the OTC, under OAMCF.

Great. Well, thank you and good morning, everyone. Perhaps a little bit of background on myself. First, just to give all of this a little bit of context. I'm 25 years in the professional sports space. I started my career with the Raptors in 1996 and grew to become a proud member of the Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment team. From there, I went down to Florida to run the business of the Florida Panthers, and soon thereafter, moved over to the Dolphins to run the sales and marketing for the Miami Dolphins for four years.
Subsequent to that, I joined the Canadian Olympic Committee as the CEO and ran that organization probably over four Olympic Games in just about nine years. I start there because it's relevant to the business
