Good morning, everybody, and thank you for your time today. It's exciting day in the Osisko Development with the announcement of the acquisition of the Trixie project in Utah. Before I start, I'd like to thank Tom Bowen from IG Tintic and Geoff Stanley from Chief Consolidated for helping us get this transaction in place and to have brought us the opportunity and we really appreciate the cooperation that we've had along. We're looking forward to a long partnership with both groups. And certainly, hats off for the discovery and the execution of the work that's been done. It's extraordinary discovery that's been made at the Trixie mine with the new T2, T4 high-grade zone, and that's what we're going to talk about today.
