So thank you, everyone, for being here. A pleasure for me. I'm Hubert Parent-Bouchard, Chief Financial Officer of Radisson Mining. Radisson is a gold explorer based in Quebec, Canada, along the Larder-Lake-Cadillac Break, halfway between Rouyn-Noranda and Val-d'Or. We currently have a $41 million market cap, with around $3.5 million in the bank, around 295 million shares outstanding.
So current ownership sits around 10% between management and the Board of Directors. We have around 20% institutional ownership. And what's somewhat unique about Radisson is that we have a group of shareholders based in Quebec, whom we built the company with around 35 investors that own close to 32% of the company. So between 55 ends, we control roughly 62% of the stock.
So the project is -- the flagship project, is the O'Brien project, which shows a former richest mine by grade in Quebec, the former O'Brien mine, that produced close to 600,000 ounces at 15 grams per tonne. Again, we're located in a camp that produced more than 25
