Good morning. My name is Tony Busseri, and welcome to the Annual General and Special Meeting of Route1 Inc. The meeting will come to order. Again, I am Tony Busseri, the Chief Executive Officer and President of the corporation, and I will act as the chairman of the meeting. [Mr. Christian Tof], Secretary of the corporation, will act as secretary of the meeting.

I hereby appoint Roxanne Parsaud, representative of Computershare Investor Services, Inc., the corporation's registrar and transfer agent, as scrutineer to report on the shareholders present in person and the number of shares represented in person and by proxy and to compute the votes on any polls taken.
